CHERRY TOMATOES MARINATED

INGREDIENTS
2 dozen ripe small tomatoes
2 tablespoon of olive oil
1 spoon of balsam vinegar
1 tablespoon of chopped basil
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
1 small spoon of white pepper
2 teaspoons of Lebre Gourmet salt

 

HOW TO PREPARE
Peel the small tomatoes, dipping one by one in boiling water
Season with all ingredients, but use only one teaspoon of salt.
Let it marinate for 2 hours.

To finalize, before serving, sprinkle with the remaining Lebre Gourmet salt.
