28 small capers
Sieved lemon juice
Lebre Gourmet salt
Olive oil

Shavings of parmesan cheese

HOW TO PREPARE
Arrange on each plate seven slices of meat and on each put a caper.
Salt it with Lebre Gourmet salt, put lemon juice and a little
White pepper. Spread the shavings of cheese over the meat and add olive oil.
Serve with the fresh toasts.
