INGREDIENTS
12 slices of barley bread, 1cm thick
1 clove of garlic
3 Very ripe Italian tomatoes
Lebre Gourmet salt
Extra virgin olive oil
HOW TO PREPARE
Roast the slices of bread for five minutes in low fire.
Take the seeds of the tomato and chop in small pieces.
Rub lightly the garlic on the toasted bread. For a stronger taste squeeze the garlic and spread it over the toast.
Spread the chopped tomato over the toast, always with Lebre Gourmet salt, sprinkle it with basil and pour a little olive oil over it.
Serve immediately.
